Description

Trans El Trafo is known for its superior quality and performance, and the roots of its success lie in the meticulous processes applied at every stage of its operations. One of the most critical parts of these processes is the core design, which forms the heart of the transformer.

The silicon steel sheets used in our factory come in thicknesses of 0.20 mm, 0.23 mm, 0.27 mm, and 0.30 mm. These sheets have oriented and sliced crystals. These special types of sheets are preferred for their low losses, optimizing electrical efficiency. The sheet cutting process is fully automated, in line with the requirements of the project. This ensures that the size and shape of each piece are consistent and eliminates errors that could affect the performance of the final product.

Next, the process moves on to the assembly of the core by stacking the sheet slices on core assembly machines. During this process, the sheet slices are carefully aligned and secured with metal clamps. These complete core structures are then sent to the production line, ready to be assembled with other components of the transformer.

Core design is an essential part of Trans El Trafo’s commitment to producing high-quality and reliable transformers. This process enables us to deliver superior products to our customers with low energy losses, high efficiency, and a long service life.
