Trans El Trafo remains dedicated to producing high-quality and reliable transformers while adhering to precise production processes. The drying and oil filling process, which is a critical part of our production processes, holds great importance in ensuring the performance, durability, and safety of transformers.
Once the core and coil assemblies are completed, all of our transformers are sent to a vacuum drying oven. This stage is necessary to ensure that there is no moisture inside the transformers, as moisture can cause serious issues in terms of efficiency and safety. The transformers are kept in this oven for a specific duration, during which all moisture is guaranteed to be removed.
After the drying process is completed, the active parts of the transformers are carefully removed from the oven and placed inside the transformer tank. At this point, the transformer is filled with transformer oil that has been dried in a vacuum environment. This oil filling process is crucial to enhance the electrical performance of the transformer and effectively distribute heat.
Once the oil filling process is completed, the transformer is allowed to rest for a specific duration and then undergoes testing. These tests are essential to ensure that our quality and safety standards are met at every stage of the production process.
